There are no sneaky paps in the US and UK anymore. That stopped over 10 years ago. They were getting sued a lot and in many cases, they were forced to blur out the faces of kids.

Now they only take pics of thirsty celebs who want pics taken and arrange it with the paps. They get informed where to go and when to go and take the pics especially when it's in more unusual locations and not just walking around prime spots in Los Angeles.

The paps like it too because it makes their life much easier. They get a steady income from selling the pics and they don't need to bother the celebrities that don't like it. Many times the paps even photoshop the pics before selling them to make their clients happy - it's been noticed many times with the Kardashians where they will make Kim's diaper butt look smaller and stuff like that.

Manav Manglani is also doing the same as Viral Bhayani.

Of course they get called too especially those who are hungry for attention and walking around like a fashionista while getting clicked. But still There are clicks of stars who hang out somewhere or walking down the streets. Or they caught people cheating and other stuff . They still have those clicks. Can’t say the same about Indian papz. Their clicks are in your face and it’s not one there are several paparazzis waiting

We have stopped getting real pap pics since they started taking money from celebs and wannabes. Those who refused to pay, they got that through extortions. It's been ages since we saw any scandalous pap pic of celebs buying drugs...getting spotted late night... Caught in the act. Ab toh pap pics mano fairytale hai. Sab subha ko gym mein jaate hai, dopahar ko healthy restaurant mein khana khaate hai, raat ko events ya party attend karte hai, weekend ko spa mein jaate hai, vacations mein fans ke saath selfie kheenchte hai..all live happily ever after.

He is an extention of one's PR. He is given the pics by the PR's own and rival. He also steals pics from fanpages and hashtagged pics without giving credits.
