For Bajaj who has a history of digging into past of people he deals with, it's a surprise he didn't know Prerna-Anurag were kidnapped not so long ago by Ronit or that how Prerna stormed into Basu Badi for her rights while Anu was married to Komo or the fact that Ronit chapter began with Prerna only because of Shivi. Big dialogues won't do anything if actions don't support them. They keep on skipping things that will give insight into this man & that is messing it up.

AND +1 to the tyrion reference. The butchering traumatizes me to this day. But then I doubt Bajaj will ever be us level ka character. I feel like his ruination has already begun. Poore swiss track mein he his actions have gone against his words. He's starting to come off as slightly delusional and a bit narcissistic with the way he's dealing with stuff. You would've expected Bajaj to have really enjoyed AnuPre's dilemmas and plights. The problem again is simple. For a grey character, he's not grey enough. For an evil mastermind, he's not strategic enough. For a ruthless man, he's not cold enough and he's definitely not white toh karein toh kya karein? CVs are afraid of bold moves. And writing toh day one se itni ghatiya hai. Jab level hi nahi, capability hi nahi, why do we even expect? Bajaj is still a miles better character than the rest of them. But that's because he's been given such isolated scenes abhi tak. Put him in the plot with the rest of them, and he has to fall in level with the plot, being butchered as we go.

I agree but even if he knows everything about Ronit, why would've he considered Ronit an enemy? Ronit was a pawn, someone who wanted exactly what Bajaj wanted. And he didn't give two hoots about Anurag and Prerna. So punishing Ronit for something Bajaj thought was trivial wouldn't have fit with his character. He won't take out the Basus' enemies. Where's the fun in that?

Nothing haunts like a ruined exciting, intriguing grey character. The pain is real there. 😒

Ye iske AltBalaji wale weiters kidhar gayab ho jaye hain. They have some brilliant stories there aur ek yahan pe sara kachra kiya hua hai.

He asked Prerna to inform him abt Ronit but he has Ronit's number n dint take much time to call him. As if he was expecting n waiting for ths scenario to use in his favour.

What he informs Prerna about Ronit is so different from how actually he deals with Ronit in private. His motive with Ronit in private is clearly not in favor of Prerna let alone Anurag or Basu's.

He was/is trying to create an image in front of Prerna using Ronit.

A very plausible scenario you presented there.

Either he is playing a game or it's just inconsistency on the writer's part since they have a habit of doing it.

Just the other day Bajaj said "Mein apse impress ho rha hun Prerna & I think mera apse shadi karne ka decision bilkul sahi tha".

It doesn't sound like the word of a man who married for revenge. He sounds convinced here about his reason to marry her which again indicates, it has nothing to do with revenge but everything to do with what he holds dear- Sneha.

The inconsistency on writer's part is coming up clearly now about him. Looks like they have scrapped the whole revenge part here.
