Why does Ranveer get a free pass

I am not a hater and am genuinely curious..

Partners are supposed to look out for each other.. whatever Deepika does, Ranveer must have a say in that or at least he can tell Deepika in private how wrong she is.. what's the point of being married when you cannot stop your spouse from doing something wrong..

When Deepika is threatened, he keeps quiet.. when Deepika is bashed, he is quiet and releaes a blind safeguarding himself.. when Deepika does something wrong, he is quiet more worried about his image.. the only impact of Ranveer seen on Deepika is fashion sense..

So my question is, why is Ranveer given a free pass.. why does someone not question him about his opinion on his wife antics.. why is he dissociated from the mess his wife creates

Please don't consider me a hater.. I am not a hater.. I just happen to dislike Ranveer with passion.. I just want to know honest opinions, opinions that are along the same lines as mine

I used to feel bad for RS for the longest time because the way DP acts, I always thought she is just using him as a third wheel and to maintain a public image that she has moved on from RK and is happy with RS. But after sometime, I realised that it's some sort of symbiotic relationship between all of them. These three are happy with hogging all the attention they can get with the antics and don't really care what people think. Everything about these three, now include Alia and make it four, seems superficial.
