If you are going by S1 theory, then the baby in Prerna's tummy is Prem, not Sneha. Sneha is born to Prerna much later ,when Aparna is Anurag's wife.

Actually this kid of Bajaj whom prerna gets attached to on S1 is Kuki. But the baby's name has been kept Sneha this season probably coz she was always Sneha Bajaj. She was Always Bajaj's daughter though biologically Anurag's.

oh okay so its prem but then prem dies and then sneha is born (anurag and prernas daughter) gets cancer... then another son of anurag and prerna is born prem/yudi (out of wedlock) to give bone marrow to sneha....why couldn't they just left her as kuki lol

Even I was wondering why couldn't they just let the kid's name be Kuki. But then I understood that's what makers meant by creativity and reboot for this season😆

Keep the crappy storyline same. Just change the actors and few characters name !
