It was so bad the Mod had to intervene.

Members were bullied insults were traded back and forth , some members were banned. Till most of them left.

All but Piansh loyalists stayed behind. They wanted to discuss piyansh and no other subject those who weren't in that fan group were boycotted. Even if u were neutral it didn't matter.

Till finally there was no one to argue with so they fought among themselves and self destructed.

That's why this forum went dead.

And then you guys came. 🤗

You're lucky you missed the whole shebang 👍🏼

Well, then I am indeed lucky. I love to discuss about characters. We can definitely have our favorite actors but in recent times, I had to leave a particular forum and before that too, had first hand experience in blind fans war.

Which is why I really like to discuss with you guys, even if we are only 3-4 people now. 🙂

Nope. I had not joined the forum at that time. I joined much later. Although yes, I have seen the mod's note on the first page.

Really! There was so much? Then I must say that I am indeed lucky that I had not joined the forum at that time. I like discussing with you all because here we have sensible kind of discussions and not wars. Also, I kind of hate these fan wars. After all no two people can have 100% same choices and opinions.

I took a break from reading but i can tell you some of the books i enjoyed.

Colin coterill - Dr Siri Paiboun series.

It's about a 70 year old national coroner in 1970's Vietnam solving murder mysteries. Written with dry wit. Colin is a gifted writer.

It's about an immortal and a devil worshipping cult.

Sita warrior of Mithila from writers of Immortals of Meluha

The Head Games by kevin alex baker -

good psychological thriller

Love is series by Puung - It's not a novel but a series of illustrations depicting everyday love. Very beautiful

Archies and Garfield- For nostalgia

Aurora Abroad by Karen Kiefer - Pure fantasy and comedy

Wanted : Staff for Haunted Manor House by James Merabeth

Rob thier books - he's funny

Sunshine by Robin McKinley and Beauty and the beast the best retelling of that tale ever.

Agatha Christie's books Poirot and Death comes at the end.

Devotion of Suspect X

All those who sleep tonight by Vikram seth - Poems. Even those who don't like Poetry identity with this book

Then he had beastly tales from here and there - Amusing bit of fables

And he wrote a travelogue book from heavens lake from Sinkiang and Tibet

Lastly Tales from Puffugees by Jasper Utley . He generally recounts funny anecdotes while smoking. Lighthearted stuff
