Just did salt rinse. dont hv guts to put salt directly on sore.
I know only about ghee and shor ( malai formed on top of milk)... works both for inside and outside mouth sore.

Take 2 tbsp of coriander seeds powder and boil it in half a glass of water. Drink only when its completely cooled.

I can only answer for myself . I am very introverted as a person so I can relate to Katrina's seemingly introverted nature.
