What did she mean by hili hui? That Ekta is gay? In India being tedha/hila hua is usually an implication that the person in question is gay.

she meant that people who go beyond the normal and think beyond the normal achieve great things so she said ekta is hilli hui too thats why she has achieved so much in life.

she also pointed out Kapil too .
