Unlike Deepika, who claims herself to be a feminist with my choice ads, cleavage issues or whatever. She has put forth her opinions regarding feminism many times.

She was all friends with toi editor whom she blasted for cleavage issue. So it was quite clear from the start that she dont give a damn.

Wonder why people build up this holier than thou image. I never thought DP was holy in any way lol so this doesn’t surprise me. In fact, no one is holy especially not actors! Come on! Lol! Over time, I have accepted that people are people and expecting people to be righteous all the time is ridiculous. You can be woke & still do unwoke things. You can be unwoke & do a woke thing! You can be unwoke & pretend to be woke! Lol!

I have never idol worshipped any star nor have I put them on pedestals. My faves are not my idols so I never thought of them as being sinless or pious. I bash my faves when they do something I don't agree with or I think is wrong same way I bash other actors. I have never defended them or have fought with others when they have done wrong because I never thought they are saints. No one is a saint in bollywood but this level of cheapness and hypocrisy is not something even I can go along with.

She and her team is notorious for being vicious and using underhanded tactics to get what they want. Now I believe they truly are and she is the one behind all this. That is the only bubble and illusion that have burst.

Ranbir and Ajay signed the film when there was no issue with Luv. Not sure how easy it is to walk out of a film if you signed a legal contract especially if you got paid already.

Deepika possibly signed the film after all the issues with Luv came out.

Yea I’m not sure why she’s doing this movie. Maybe it is different and actually has a good role for her, though typically that doesn’t happen in a movie that has two heroes.

As far as I understood I didn’t think she did anything wrong with the cleavage controversy. TOI did something wrong. She called them out on it. That doesn’t mean she should completely shun such a large publication for good. She got her point across and the kind of support she got from it was much more beneficial than any boycott which probably wouldn’t have achieved anything long term anyway. If there’s a detail I’m missing let me know please.

The my choice controversy was bad because she basically threw Homi under the bus. Except for that one line about sex outside of marriage rest of it was a great message and she could have admitted to error on that part and stood by the main message as a proud woman. But alas she didn’t.

I have no clue what she and her PR were thinking here 🙄

If DP says she wants to do a film with RK..20 directors will rush to sign them.We need love stories desperately now.She can do 5 films with RK if she wants.Why only Luv
