The entire Baahubali Team to reunite for a Hindu Mythology!

SS Rajamouli directorial Baahubali brought together big names of the South like Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah, Ramya Krishna and many more. The movie, which took almost five years to complete and release in two parts Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, left a huge impact on the box-office.

Working in Baahubali made the Telugu star a household name. Prabhas is currently awaiting the release of his upcoming flick Saaho which also stars Shraddha Kapoor in the lead role.

According to recent In.com reports, Prabhas and Rana will be reuniting for another Hindu mythological project. The movie will be produced by Baahubali fame producer Shobu Yarlagadda.

Talking about the project, a source closely associated with the movie told the entertainment website, “The film is titled Hiranyakashipu. It will feature all the actors that were seen in Baahubali including Tamannaah, Ramya Krishna and others.” The source also added, “Rana plays the titular character Hiranyakashipu in the film. He is the villain of the movie.”

While the entire team of Hiranyakashipu comprises the cast and crew of Baahubali, it is the director of the film that has changed. A new director will be coming on board in place of SS Rajamouli and the project will go on floor in January 2020.

Wow. I heard Rana speak about it in Anupama's interview. I think these people will nail the mythology. As mythology is well studied and executed in Telugu movie industry.

It's been in Telugu movie industry's culture to make a movie on mythology from Maya bazaar and all the Sr.NTR movies on Ramayanam , Mahabharatam are really good. They are bringing back the culture in the industry.

a Daggubati seems to be gearing up to act in a mythical film titled Hiranyakashyap next, say reports. Hiranyakashyap will deal with the story of the demon king who was killed by one of the ten avatars of Vishnu - Narasimha.

Rana will be playing the role of the eponymous demon king, say reports. Now, the latest report suggests that the film will be bankrolled by Rana Daggubati's father Suresh Babu.

Suresh Babu is known as a sharp businessman, who takes only calculated risks. However, for his son's film, Suresh is all set to shell out Rs 180 crore, if rumours are anything to go by.

The film will be a big-budget venture with director Gunashekar heading the affairs. The director is known for his efficient filmmaking, who is good at pre-production works.

Meanwhile, Rana Daggubati is busy with the film Haathi Mere Saathi, which is directed by Prabhu Solomon. The film went on floors in Thailand, and will release in three languages, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Rana is playing the role of Bandev in the film, which is expected to hit the screens this Diwali.

I hope one day Bollywood makes some epic movies on hindu mythology and our gods and godesses. We have plenty of them on TV but to see them on big screen with good vfx will be so cool. Would love to see stories of godess Durga and Kali on big screen. We can have our own version of MCU
