Accidental drowning could have happened in many circumstances....but this one is really making me raise my eyebrow.
The autopsy report shown by the media was very vague and was not imprinted on a hospital template paper but on a simple A4 sheet white paper with a bureaucratic stamp on it.
In the eyes of law, because there is no concrete evidence to prove Boney Kapoor is guilty, he can keep laughing at such fantasy stories.
This is exactly what happened in the Aarushi Talwar murder case too.
Everyone knows the parents did the crime, but no one could prove it. So the court gave them "the benefit of doubt" and released them from prison.
They remain innocent until proven guilty.
And they know there is no evidence to prove them guilty.
Hence, they still get away with the perfect crime.
