Someone alleging ... media publishing ... all are crossing a line here! ... I mean if someone is suspecting a murder they can very well go to the police and necessary elements can be carried out! ... But this is just gross esp if there is no ounce of truth in the statement!

I for one, am a qualified, experienced doctor....

and this case does not add up to be "accidental drowning."

Accidental drowning could have happened in many circumstances....but this one is really making me raise my eyebrow.

The autopsy report shown by the media was very vague and was not imprinted on a hospital template paper but on a simple A4 sheet white paper with a bureaucratic stamp on it.

In the eyes of law, because there is no concrete evidence to prove Boney Kapoor is guilty, he can keep laughing at such fantasy stories.

This is exactly what happened in the Aarushi Talwar murder case too.

Everyone knows the parents did the crime, but no one could prove it. So the court gave them "the benefit of doubt" and released them from prison.

They remain innocent until proven guilty.

And they know there is no evidence to prove them guilty.

Hence, they still get away with the perfect crime.

You may be a qualified doctor, but you still don't have access to all of the documentation. I'm a researcher by profession and one of my areas is conspiracy theories - the whole havoc around Sridevi's untimely death pretty much follows all the typical conspiracy theory patterns, but, again, I don't know all the facts so it wouldn't feel right for me to call someone a murderer.

You're right.

It is wrong to label him a "murderer". There is no proof.

But I do not believe she died a natural death either.

Just wanted to share my opinion based on the limited facts available.

No offense, but one would expect more from a doctor, even on a stupid little forum.

That is deeply offensive.

Nothing more to say.

You should probably clarify what you mean by "drowning in their own puke" because comparatively speaking, I'd imagine you mean someone throws up, and then drowns in that, versus what actually happens is after consuming a shit ton of alcohol, they choke on their own vomit because they are too intoxicated to move.
