I think that security guard will inform Sample that Kalyani is on to them and she'll tell that care manager to blame Kalyani so Malhar s distracted with that while SamThu get their passports and flee with Moksh. But obviously Sample's plans will flop and this time Athrava won't forgive her for it. Maybe that security guard will be one to sneak out Mughda or sneak in a doctor that will give Mudga some memory altering medication.
