Note: According to me the emotions can be described more effectively in hindi that’s why I thought towrite the dialogues in hindi but after getting the comments I will translate themin English too…and one more thing that I wanted to be clear is that the story is based on PragBir….it starts from Raghbir recalling the memories from past….whenhe was doing MBA from a well known college of delhi and pragati was doing hergraduation from the same..…I hope everything is clear and sorted now….😊

Chapter 1

Recap: Raghbir decided to leave the college….

Rishi- Hey buddy have you lost your mind…? Kya bole jaa raha haiyaar…? ( what are you talking about..?)

Sakshi- Abey isne peetoh nahi rakhi haina…? (Is he drunk..?)

Raghbir- Yaar dekho…. meri galti nahi hai…main kyu maafi mangu…? (Listen guys…its not my fault…why should Iapologies…?)

Aman- Isko kuch bhi kehne ka koi fayda nahi hai yaar…yeh nahi sunega…ab toh bhagwan bhi iska faisla nahi badal sakte…(leave it guys…he wont listen to anyone…now not even god can change his decision…)

Raghbir- Aman….(raghbir hugged him) tu na bhai hai mera…kitne acche se jaanta haina tu mujhe…(Aman You are my brother….uh know me so well…)

With that he again started walking Sakshi was continuously calling out his name to stop him but he didn’t listened to her…. he was at a distance from his friends when he turned around….All irritated…

Raghbir- Yaar….will you guys please….!!!!

And wooooooohhhhhh………he bumped into something….or rather someone…. All the papers got scattered hereand there….(a typical filmy scene) Raghbir was about to shout at that girl but when looked at her he was completely frozed at the spot….the girl looked athim all irritated and was scolding him….

Girl- are you blind….?Kya kiya ye sab…mere saare notes….ohhh god what will I do now…

But Raghbir couldn’t hear even a single word…he was lost… he was completely lost in the beauty of that girl… And she sat on the ground and started gathering her notes….but raghbir didn’t helped her (he was lost in his LaLa land) she looked at him and stood up….and said

Girl- don’t you have manners…? Kyu ghur rahe ho…? Itni bhi tameez nahi hai kya ki help hi kar do…? (why are you staring at me…?)

She started feeling uncomfortable due to his constant gaze…then suddenly Raghbir realised the situation and got embarrassed…

Raghbir- I’m sorry…..

Raghbir’s friends were watching the whole scene… and were totally shocked at Raghbir saying sorry to someone….

Aman- Yeh toh gaya….(He’sgone)

Aman came and stood next to the girl and looked at Raghbir teasingly….who was still staring at the girl…

Aman- Are you ok miss….?(As a gentleman he was…)

Girl- Yeah I’m fine…

An another girl came from behind (Bani)… she looked at her friend… and then at Raghbir and Aman….. and got worried as everybody in the college has witnessed raghbir’s aggression in the morning when he was beating Nikhil mercilessly….

Bani- Good morning Sir…(She wished Aman and Raghbir And the turning to the girl) Pragati….what are doing here….I was waiting for you in the liabrary…. Come on we are getting late for the rehersals….

Pragati- Yeah lets go….

Pragati gave a cool stare to Raghbir for the last time….and left with bani….And Bani literally dragged Pragatiout of there…And Raghbir kept on watching her retreating figure…when they both were out of sight….Bani asked Pragati about that incident…And Pragati told her everything….and Bani was shocked and horrified both at the same time…

Bani- Tera dimag kharab hai kya pragati…tujhe pata hai who kon hai…?(Have you lost your mind…do you know who he is…?)

Pragati- Mujhe na toh pata hai…aur naa hi main jaanna chahti hu…(I don’t know….and I don’t even wantto know….)

Bani- Pragati pagaloon waali baatein mat kar…. Who Raghbir Hai….Raghbir Malhotra….(Pragati don’t act insane…he is Raghbir…Raghbir Malhotra…)

Pragati- Kon Raghbir…………Ohhhh shit….Raghbiiiirrrrrrrrrrrr…….

Bani- Haan…..aur tune ussey kya kya bol diya….agar uske dimag ki hat jati toh…….woh tera band baja deta….. (Yes…..And look what you have done….)

Pragati- Ab main kya karu yaar…?(Now what should I do..?)

Bani- U should say sorry to him my dear….

Pragati- Yeah right…I’ll apologise to him….but not now…lets go we are getting late….

Now the scene shifts to Raghbir and his gang…. They were sitting in the canteen and everyone was looking at Raghbir…who was still looking lost….he was smilling like an idiot from the time he had seen Pragati…..

Rishi- toh kya socha hai….? Abhi bhi apology letter nahi dega tu…?(So what have you decided…? StillYou will not apologise?)

Raghbir- Pagal hai kya….?Main tum logo ko chhod ke kaise chala jau yaar….mujhe tum logo ki bahot yaad ayegi na…(Are you mad…? How can leave you all…. I’ll miss you guys a lot…)

Aman- Chal rehne de….jhut mat bol….humein pata hai tujhe who lakdi…kya naam hai uska….PRAGATIIII pasand aa gayi hai….( leaveit…. Don’t lie…as we all know that you have started liking that girl…. Pragati…)

Raghbir- Hahahahahaha…..tu sach mein bhai hai mera…

After sometime……

Raghbir was passing by the auditorium…..when he heard a melodious voice coming from there….he wasn’t ableto ignore that voice…and didn’t even got to know when he just entered the auditoriumand was standing in front of the owner of that voice….

Female: Kya hua…. tera wada…..

Woh kasam….woh irada….

Bhulega dil…jis din tumhe…..

woh din zindagi ka akhari din hoga….

It was none other than Pragati….Raghbir was mesmerized by her voice….she was having her eyes closed till know…but when she opened her eyes she found Raghbir standing in front of her….she got nervous due to his constant gaze…and wasn’t able to sing further….

Pragati- Yeh kahan se aa gaya….(Where did he come from)……(she mumbled to herself)

Raghbir- Kya hua….tera wada….

Woh kasam….woh irada….

Bhulega dil….jis din tumhe…

Woh din zindagi ka akhari din hoga….

So that's it....and sorry for any mistakes...as my English isn't very good....but I m giving it a try by translating the dialogues...please guys don't forget to comment....and please hit the like button for sure....

Chapter 2

Now it was Pragati’s turn……. Now she was the one who wasn’t able to take her eyes off Raghbir….and he was also staring at her…. They share an intense eye lock…. And Pragati was lost in the pool of those chocolate brown eyes…. She was staring at him as if trying to figure something out… but was not able to understand the emotions he was carrying in those eyes…..there was pain….a lot of pain…. That he wanted to hide from the world….but somehow Pragati did noticed it….. his eyes had a sort of attraction in them…..they both were silent….but still their eyes were speaking their heart out….

After a few seconds Raghbir brooked the silence and said in a husky voice…. Without taking his eyes of her….

Raghbir- Kya ab zindagi bhar mujhe aise hi dekhti rahogi…? (Are you going to stare at me like this for the rest of the life…?)

But Pragati was still lost….Raghbir clicked his fingers in front of her face….and that was when Pragati realised the situation…..She was feeling too embarrassed as she had been behaving like a fool…and staring at him like that….What the hell is happeningto me….she thought….

Raghbir- well……You have such a beautiful voice…..

Raghbir complemented with a genuine smile….which made Pragati’s heart skip a beat….she smiled back at him….

Pragati- Thank you….Sir…. Infact you too have a gifted voice….

Raghbir- Thank you so much…wese humari first meeting kuch zyada acchi nahi thi naa…? (well our first meeting wasn’t that great right…?)

Pragati’s smile got vanished listening to this….she was now horrified because she had been listening to the stories of Raghbir since she had entered the college for the first time…her friends as well as some of her seniors has told her about Raghbir's short tempered behaviour…..as how Raghbir never forgives anybody whoever tries to mess with him…..Pragati was so scared now….and Raghbir wasn’t sure what made her so tensed as the tension was evident on her face…. Raghbir gestured her to answer……she just closed her eyes for a moment and then said in a go……

Pragati- Actually I didn’t had any idea that you are Raghbir Malhotra….otherwise I wouldn’t have behaved in that way…..

Raghbir laughed at her statement….which made Pragati a bit relieved…

Raghbir- Accha….toh pata hota toh kaise react karti…? (okay…and if you had knew that….then how would you have been reacted…?)

Pragati- Toh main aap jaise insaan se kabhi panga nahi leti….. ( Then I would have never messed up with a man like you….)

Pragati blurted out…. and when she realised what she has said then she got very scared and bit her toung….what a blunder are you creating pragati……she thought…Raghbir who was thoroughly Watching her expressions found it too cute…. And he was enjoying it…..so he thought to tease her more….

Raghbir- what do youmean by….AAP JAISE INSAAN SE…?(What do you by…..a man like you….?)

Raghbir said that in a stern tone….which made Pragati more tensed….oh god please save me….she thought…. now it was getting hard for Raghbir to control his laughter….but still he was successful in maintain his stern look…and raised an eyebrow…as if gesturing her to answer….she bit her lower lip in nervousness….

Pragati- Woh………………ac…tual…ly….sir…..i……

Pragati started stammering….. now that was it….Raghbir wasn’t able to control anymore and started laughing….. at first Pragati was confused…..but soon she realised that he was just pulling her leg….she looked at Raghbir who was still laughing…..and smiled looking at him…. his laughter sounded like a romantic song to her…..

Raghbir- You know what…. you are just too cute….( with that he extended his hand towards her) Lets start a fresh….Hey…!!! I am Raghbir Malhotra….

Pragati smiled a bit and then accepted his hand for a hand shake…

Pragati- Pragati Sinha….

Raghbir- Okay Pragati…..ab hum dost hain….haina…?( now we are friends…right…?)

Pragati nodded at this with smile…..

Raghbir- then what about having a coffee with your new found friend…?

At first Pragati did hesitated a bit and politely declined his offer….saying that she has to rehearse…..as it’s Fresher’s Party in two days…and she has to perform in it….and Raghbir looked sad hearing this….so after thinking for a while….she agreed but on a condition….that Raghbir will help her later in the rehearsal….And Raghbir happily agreed….

Raghbir took Pragati to the cafeteria…..Raghbir was laughing and smiling time to time….all the students present in the café were so shocked to see there stern….rude….and arrogant senior Raghbir Malhotra’s this side….And all were staring at Raghbir and Pragati….and it was so awkward for Pragati…..as she felt uncomfortable….and Raghbir immediately sensed it….and gave a DO YOUR WORK look to everyone….and everybody immediately looked away….Pragati found it a bit weird….and looked at Raghbir…as if asking have you done something….and he just gave an innocent look….

Soon they got settled on a nearby table and and Raghbir ordered two coffees for them….

Raghbir- So……tumhari Family mein kaun kaun hai…?( what about your family…?)

Pragati- Mumma…Papa…and me…..I am from Agra….

Raghbir- Ohhh….are you staying in the hostel…?

Pragati- Yeah….and what about your family…?

Raghbir- Mummy…and bhaiya…after papa’s death…they are my world…my everything….

Raghbir said that with a sad smile….he had never shared even a single word about his family to anyone….but Pragati seemed different to him….pragati felt so bad for Raghbir….

Raghbir- My father had met an accident…..I was just of 16 at that time….bhaiya was always there for me….since then he had played the role of a friend…guide….mentor…as well as a father in my life….

Raghbir shared everything with Pragati…..he himself doesn’t had any idea that why is he telling so much to a stranger…..but his heart was trying to tell him that she isn’t a stranger…he was feeling some sort of connection with her…. On the other hand Pragati’s state was also the same….AAG DONO TAFAR BARABAR KI LAGI HAI…..she was sad about Raghbir….but was happy too as Raghbir was sharing his sorrows with her…. But Raghbir was looking lost…..so pragati thought to change the topic….

Pragati- Sir….wese…. you are from Delhi…right…?

Raghbir- First of all don’t call me sir….we are friends after all…..and yes I am from delhi…

Pragati- okay Raghbir….so now its your duty to show me the places around….as I haven’t been to Delhi before….

And Raghbir happily agreed to that……….they talked about several other things like studies and their friends….raghbir told him about Aman as he was his best friend….and promised Pragati that he will introduce her to everyone later on…..and she also told him about Bani being her bestie since childhood…and told him how Bani was so concerned about her…when PragBir had their first encounter with eachother…. she told him that Bani was saying that RM is so dangerous and you should go and say sorry to him…but she doesn’t finds him dangerous in any way….Raghbir Laughed at this and told her that Bani must have believed what people talk about him…..
