guys i need a little help.

How do i cnhg my avitor i want it to be this pik

>> On the top right of your page, you will find a link saying "Settings" Click there.
>> Then, click the third link there - "Edit Profile"
>> In this, there will be the section "Select Avatar" - There, on the left of the preview button, enter the code - http://i26.tinypic.com/2z8wxgl.png

If you want to put some other avatar, right click the picture, and choose "Copy image location". Then go there and paste it...
