Not sure why this is being considered a “minus”😕. Only “nubile” 20 somethings are allowed on TV, is it? If you “look old”, you should just not be allowed anywhere on TV? Lol
Or are you saying they need to put more makeup on her to make her look “younger”? Lol
The story calls for an established actress. This is what they look like. The rest is camera tricks. I’d take a well executed story anyday over how “old” or “young” someone looks.

She has been shown so far as a sane, grounded, intelligent, honest person & Kudos to the writers. I am really liking her portrayal. Writers need 2 work on Rohit. He is unnecessarily being shown as obnoxious snob. He seems 2 dislike Sonakshi for no reason

Your statement called “looking old” a minus and I didn’t understand why this ageist argument was being made. We all talk of progressiveness but casually dismiss a woman if she “looks old”. I don’t agree with that and that is why I stated my viewpoint.

Actually I mentioned it as Minus for 2 reasons. 1 I felt its coz of bad makeup. 2 I dont know wat is the age of the character Sonakshi. If she is portraying a woman in her 30s then its fine. But if she is portraying a character in her early 20s then she looks older than tat. That's all i meant as minus. And yeah I think since both of us made our points we can end it here, Nice day 2 u as well 😊
I am watching it for KVG’s comic timing. He is relatable AF when he is astounded by the crap being plated out like hyderabadi biryani in soaps. Another thing I am loving is that the show is making fun of itself n indian telly industry with little jokes scattered in. Sona’s dialogue in precap ‘ jane kis kis ki saajish k log’ to refer to ‘baa bahu aur shaajish etc is hilarious. Yes she looks more mature than Rohit but i dont mind it. I am assuming she is tad older. An established actress in industry must be in her early thirties, so she looks her age n I am living that part as well. She acts n talks her age n is just a successful confident (most of the times) mature normal woman. I am 100% behind it.
Given that his superspeciality medical studies alone wld taken him well into his 20s and he has become an established / top surgeon, Dr Rohit has to be nudging 35 at least. The cvs wld be ruining their own premise of presenting the medical field realistically if they showed him any younger.
As for Sonakshi it appears she has been a struggler & established herself, plus she has a past affair so she wld be arnd 30 at least. If her brother is doing mbbs he must be between 18-23 plus there is the brat sister above him in her twenties so Sona nudging 30 wld be appropriate. Her mature character also matches that I think she does look arnd 35 so not too much off the mark.

Yeah defo both must b around 35+. MBBS - 5.5 yrs + MD - 3 yrs + DM/MS - Superspecialization - 3. So by the time Rohit becomes a surgeon in superspeciality he will b 30. Then min 5 yrs for practice & establishing himself in the industry. So Rohit must be 35+. Sonakshi is not a new comer. Her ex already mentioned tat they were upcoming actors. So aft struggle, landing lead role & establishing herself. She also has another sis & then a bro who is dng MBBS so Sonakshi also must be 32-35.
Last time I watched a show religiously I had to watch the ML taking control over bowel movement of pigeons. 🤬 Is that even legal?
Sanity is very very important.
Another good thing about this show is none of the family members are "Chalo let's be evil" kind of evil. Evil family member is such a cliche and so false.
