Amitabh has no star power either now, not in today's age.. in olden days he played the angry young man role for years and it worked because audience liked it..then came the rich dad phase with movies like k3g, mohabbatein and it worked.

now he can't find anything sustainable so he is playing random roles which may or may not work depending on the story..so actual credit goes to the story.

The difference between Khans specifically Salman Khan, Big B especially in his hey days is that people come to watch them primarily not the film. Whereas in others' cases they are ordinary stars who can pull a film only if it's brilliant enough. Wanting credit isn't bad but wanting same level of credit as real superstars (not every second actor who is called so without reason) is just stupid. Major attraction of Bharat was Salman Khan not the film. His fans go to watch him primarily then the film. Yes good story helps but the major pull is of Salman.
