So you want her to marry him when he was still married with his first wife? If she did that, then they both would've go to jail but Kundra's divorce with his first wife happened because of Shilpa. His first wife was pregnant when they started to date and he gave divorce to his first wife 2 weeks after his daughter was born. His first wife even accused Shilpa for breaking her marriage. Shilpa and Raj never cared for Kundra's daughter from his first marriage.
