You are missing my point. She does have a habit to speak publicly about her “story”. She told a story about an older man who took advantage of her and hit her (and she immediately got up and hit him back) with no names for ages. Everyone assumed it was Pancholi but she didn’t name him. Eventually she named him and that is when he could sue and did. If you look at the story she is telling now to the police it is quite different. They have added lots of new charges: drugging her, photographing her, sex films, extortion, she was held for years against her will (too bad she didn’t think to ask anyone for help at the BW award shows he took her to). It’s a totally different story. Meanwhile we are supposed to believe the woman who talked about “sperm panties”and “vaginal cameras” when it came to her imaginary lover somehow left these sensational experiences out when talking about her actual lover?

It's possible that she had some dark me too story that she hadn't shared. I think Barkha Dutt had asked her about that one incident of physical abuse that she already knew about. That is pretty much undisputed because he has admitted to hitting her. The extortion claim is because they had been asked by the Pancholis to pay back money and they complied with those demands as much as they saw was reasonable. So clearly, this was undisclosed too to the public until only recently. I'm wondering what the Pancholis actually believe to be defamation anyways because what she said in public so far was plausible.

1. Rewatch the interviews - Kangana has told version 1 of her “story” many times. She has never told the rewrite until now. Of course maybe she’s not hiding from it because of the audacity of her new lies maybe she’s hiding from it because the report gives her true age.

2. I can’t believe I have to say this but...Paying back money you owe someone is not extortion 😔 and actually she has talked about that as well.

3. I can’t believe I have to say this 2.0 ... Saying the damaging lies she told were “plausible” is not a defense against defamation.

Firstly, she is not hiding anything but by law her name could not be released with the complaint. Yes, the age issue is strange. Pancholi believed her to be born in 1986, Adhyayan said she was a year older than him, we've all seen her passport when it was leaked so I'm not sure where the 36 years comes from either. She also hasn't rewritten her relationship with Pancholi, the things that she's spoken about are included in her complaint.

One would assume that she paid him back as soon as she was able to but if even in 2016, they are still asking for money or beyond what is owed then it may well be extortion.

Out of all that she has said about them, it's hard to see which are the defamatory lies.

Just because she said she paid Pancholi back doesn’t mean she did. Pancholi paid for Rangoli’s surgery and also gave her money for a house/apartment. I don’t think Aditya is wrong in asking back the money he invested in her to get her career started and whatever he spent on her family. Also, Aditya Pancholi has previously told the story on how he met her and how old she was. His side of the story hasn’t changed. I can’t say the same about Kangana. When she was busy sharing his bed, then all was good but now that she has been summoned to court, she’s cooking up all kind of stories.

If Kangana was in a different country, she would have been in jail for stalking and harassment.

The way her fans justify her actions just revolts me.

When the police or courts declare that she cooked up a lot of defamatory lies, then I will believe it and she can be charged accordingly because a false claim is a serious offense too. I guess Rangoli/ Kangoli said that Kangana was a minor at that time, which appears false now. Kangana can afford to pay Pancholi, which is why I thought she already must have. Kangana can be held accountable for any actions, only if the people who complain take the legal route.

Which is what Aditya Pancholi and Hrithik did! But to avoid being summoned in court, she makes up rape stories and publicly harass Hrithik. For me, she’s a disgrace of a human being.

So when she lies once, not just to hide her age but to accuse him of a serious crime..... What's the guarantee that she is not lying about the other accusations ?

Exactly.

The very fact people on this forum have denounced him as a pedophile for years based on lies she told is proof of defamation if in fact she wasn’t a minor. That will NEVER go away in many people’s minds even if the current rape charges are dropped.

Kangu fans can’t try to excuse it and say he “thought” she was a minor because she lied to him too based on the fact that the liar says so. There is no reason to think Aditya didn’t know her real age - the police had to learn it from somewhere and I don’t think it was Kangana. As people have pointed out ad nauseum BW actresses hide their age and Kangana did as well; when she was his GF and he was doing everything he could to help her - and her sister - wouldn’t he have gone along with whatever age she claimed to reporters even if he knew it was a lie, the same way he went along with her claiming she wasn’t his GF while she obviously was? Obviously he had no idea she would some day turn on him and accuse him of all the crap she has.
