From what I understood Guddan earned that Kangan because she fulfilled her responsibility as Sass n Bahu accepted herself as Mrs. GAJ. Where's Antra never fullifilled her duty completely maybe she was only good patni or Bahu but not a Bhabhi. Similar to Guddan Antra was given different kangans atdifferent stage.

Antra only noticed the sparkling diamonds in Guddans MS which she wanted to rip.
