Simple answer. .this s indian tv shw...yaha female lead mahaan hoti hai doormat hoti hai aur selfless hoti hai and ye sab dek ke male lead pyar mai parti hai ..guddan ye sab na karti to na stry hoga na ratings...this shw s not female centric shw and not for women rights shw.. indian shws mai mahaan and doormat heroine hi sell hota hai..and guddan bi aisa hi ek shw hai...better throw logics out of window and watch the shw for entertainment. Shw mai sherni guddu jo khud ke liye khud ki selfrespect ke liye dekne ko kabi nahi milega.

oh yeah, almost 99.99% of all Indian serials, the women are shown as selfless to the point people walk all over them. Female leads are often mahan. They are supposed to be sympathetic and super women who eventually prevail and win. same old same old.
