They are going for modern chick look & shrenu is pretty enough without all those gaudy costumes & ott make up which is making her look aged. Why not go for no makeup look if they have budget issues instead of making a joke out of themselves by these articles

I am just laughing at the ph. They aren't suitable for sp.

Perhaps some unsuspecting production assistant/costumer etc. told this in confidence to a reporter friend, and because there’s so little to report on the telly front, they decided to publish it.

Whatever the reason, it’s just too funny. Plus please don’t hate me, i know we have seen just one costume, but I would take sarees over this get up any day. The choker must go, so should the blingy palazzo pants. Hopefully they were in a hurry to put something together for the promo, and the actual clothes are more flattering.

Oh so glad I am not alone. I hate choker on anyone except maybe goth chicks, I love Palazzos but this one looked so cheap. The blouse isn’t that form fitting either, but that’s something I can overlook. Fingers crossed now. Shrenu doesn’t deserve this kind of atrocious clothing.

Like you said, hope they have better clothes in the show than the promo.
