Acc to indian movies and TV.... Everybody is having 7 individuals whose features are similar... This is the only best answer i have for this question...🤣

🤔 Mehek has a twin sister which her family didn't know about. The doctor who delivered them never mentioned to the family that they had twin and apparently the evil doctor sell the baby to a childless family... 😋
