i felt anu komo's mrg more real and valid as per rituals - person to person marriage.

So based on what Moni said, if Pre herself denied the wedding, then it's void.. They will do anything, any illogical scene to void AnuPre's wedding and legalise PRB contract marriage if it does happen.

Hindu culture mein it's considered marraige. But legally, no.

That means of Komolika files a case on Anurag, then it can be legally established that komo is wife of Anu and not Pre. Dhaaga marraige not considered valid.

But I don't want komo to be anu's wife so I hope cvs dont get this idea😆

Even if pre agreed, it still is not legal . Certificate marraiges are the only ones considered valid and legal. Regarding temple marraiges, if marriage is "saptpadi" with rituals in presence of witnesses from both sides (groom & bride),It shall be valid & legal. Now every marriage is to be registered. for registration pandit who performed marriage ceremony & witnesses' affidavits shall be required. If parents are not agreeable, registration shall be done after 30 days notice.
