"Rajvanshi and sons, how may I help you?" Mishti picked up the phone and enquired politely.
"Is Ruhaan there?" Asked a seductive voice
"I'm sorry ma'am he's in a meeting, may I receive your message?" She answered warily
"Tell him shanaya called and ask him to call me back, and if he didn't get the time to call then ask him if our Thursday date is still on" the seductive voice replied, putting an extra emphasis on the word 'date'. Mishti didn't hear anything beyond date....her ears were buzzing and her heart was ripping apart, so much for waiting for my forgiveness!!
"Hello, you there, Miss secretary? What is Ruhaan paying you for, if you can't take a message?" The seductive voice asked, going venomous and cold
"Yes ma'am I heard you, and rest assured, I do know how to take a message, I shall convey this to Mr Rajvanshi, is there anything else?" Asked Mishti with emotions welling up inside her and making it difficult for her to speak
"No. Make sure you tell him that"
Date, he was going on a date! Rage filled her insides like anything. How could he!! After everything he said to her, after all the false promises about waiting for her forgiveness he was preparing to go on a date! And here she was sick with guilt that she's punishing him too much. Well, he can go on his bloody date for all she cared! She stormed off from her office and in her blind rage bumped into a wall of chest, two strong arms steadied her
"Are you okay" asked Ruhaan
"Yes, I'm okay, in fact I'm more than okay, I'm great, yes! I'm great, you hear me? I'm great!" She pointed her index finger at him and poked him on the chest. Ruhaan raised both of his hands in surrender, feigned a horrified reaction and started walking backward with Mishti advancing on him, soon he was sandwiched between the wall and Mishti, who was still poking her finger on his chest, a fierce expression on her face. She was scaring him for real now, he remembered the kick and stifled the urge to cup his private part and save it from getting blue again. He gulped his fear down and said cautiously
"Okay, Mishti. I heard you baby, you're great. That's good I'm very happy "
"Don't call me baby! Your baby is waiting for you for your Thursday date" she said dangerously
"We're going on a date?" Ruhaan asked happily
"We are not going on a date. You are!" She was becoming even more dangerous, if it was possible. And what was she talking about?
"I don't understand" he said dumbly
"Your Shanaya called, she's told me to ask you if the date is still on" suddenly all the anger drained from her and tears welled up her eyes. Ruhaan took her by shoulders and flipped them around, now she was pinned to the wall, he cupped her face in his hands, his fingers sinking in her hair and his thumbs caressing her cheeks, he leaned down and whispered against her ear
"She's a to be client, there isn't going to be a date, never was. I'll break off the deal with her now, if that's what you want" his lips grazed the skin of her earlobe and She shivered.
"But tell me, Mishti, why do you care? Why do you care if I go on a date with her, hmm? Are you jealous" he licked the sensitive spot behind her ear and nipped it lightly, sending a shot of agonizing pleasure through her. She breathed deeply, it was becoming difficult for her to speak with his mouth almost touching hers......with him this close to her
"I don't care" she managed, and her answer seemed to anger him, he turned her to the wall, her cheek touched the cold surface of the wall and she whimpered, he leaned over her and grasped her long silky hair in his hand in a tight grip and tilted her face to him and started raining open mouth kisses on her jaw and neck, a moan of pleasure escaped her mouth and getting encouraged with it he increased the pressure of his mouth on her neck, sucking a pulse that was throbbing there. He grasped her waist with her other hand and touched their bodies together, all the while never stopping the kisses. He growled between his ministrations
"Yes you do! You care, Mishti, that's why you were jealous. Like I was, like I always am! Whenever you look, or talk to him, whenever he looks at you, whenever his filthy hands touch you.....all the f*****g time I'm jealous! I'm so jealous that I want to kill all the men in the world, so no one sees you! Only I have the right to see you, touch you, kiss you!" he tugged her hair painfully and spoke against her lips "you're mine, and you know it. Then why do you keep fighting? Denying what's between us? You want me as much as I do. Look how your body is responding to my touches, kisses" he took her lips in his mouth and kissed her as if to show her his possession, his right. He bit her lips and a moan left her mouth, he groaned "you see that? Your body is craving my touch, it knows who it belongs to, and that's me, always me" his hand left her waist, took her hand and flatten it on the wall, interlocking their fingers together, he pressed his arousal against her hips and she gasped. Coming back to her senses she turned around and shove him away
"Is that the only thing you want from me? Physical pleasure and release? Is this the only thing you're waiting for? You molest me at every opportunity you get!!" The moment those words left her mouth she regretted them, his face went stark white, as if all the blood left it, he was furious, rage as she had never seen, shone from his black eyes, rage and.....hurt, God, what has she done! In order to keep herself from succumbing to her desires she had thrown a fit at him and hurt him beyond repair!
"Ruhaan.....I didn't...." He didn't let her speak
"So I molest you? Well, rest assured Miss Khanna I do not have the habit of 'molesting' my employees. I shall never bother you again" he said with utter indifference and professionalism.!
Her blood ran cold! What have you done Mishti...! Oh God, she wanted to get back in time and stop herself from saying those horrible words....how could she!! She wanted him as much as he did, he was right, her body craved his touch. Not only her body but her soul too. She loved him more than anything and now she had hurt him in her blinded revenge!! She has to make it right! Yes, she has to make it right. Enough with this revenge drama, he has been punished enough, not anymore. Not anymore!
