Sexual harassment cases are difficult to prove whether its in US or India. Except that in India your life is destroyed once you are accused of something. Doesn't matter if you are innocent or not, society will give their own verdict and will never respect you even if you get a clean chit from Court. But that happens only with common people, Nana is a celeb so he got away.
