For now, dadi showed her Lalla how his guddiya is cooking his favorite for him despite not knowing how to do so & all that just for him. Giving him a clue that she indeed loves him.
Just look at that smile when he sees her doing all that for him, 😳
And Dadi proved herself to be bahubaali's mummy i.e. ek dhakke se 6 feet 3 inch ke Jindal saab ko 5 feet door bhej diya & that too in this age 👍🏼

Coming to the room practice scene...haaye....
I guess Jindal saab got this nervous 1st time in many many years....
& ho bhi kyun na... he fall in love again & that too his love not just so much anokha also something completely new to him. Its like discovering a new part of body with super exclusive features & powers. This may be equivalent to his very 1st love. He may have never experienced anything such before with this much intensity & passion.
He knows he loves Guddu & desires to take that forward, but he doesn't want to risk what he already has with her.
He doesn't know what she feels for him, if she sees him more than a friend & pati ?
If that is in negative, he doesn't want their already beautiful relation to turn awkward & most importantly doesn't want to put her in position of any dilemma. He hates to do that cause he cant see a single line on her forehead as even if those will appear on her skin, he will be the one taking double stress.
So him being nervous is 100 % justified.
Coming to the most talked about scene, i.e. the song sequence,
AJ has always acted & reacted differently with regards to Guddu from very 1st.
He kept bending his house rules for her, acted differently to different situations be it the MS kand, Goa shaadi, etc. All that different to his usual self. He does that cause he is made to come face to face with a whole new range of never felt before emotions & feelings. Guddu brings out a different side of him, that is young, energetic & impulsive as opposed to his mature self.
For a guy who has burdened his shoulder with responsibilities from a very young age, he might not have got the chance to enjoy & live his youth properly & might have been forced to grow up & mature before due time. Guddu brings back that time for him that he has lost. In her presence, he gets to experience what he couldn't back then & rightly so cause life is meant to be lived to the fullest.
Same thing happened today, his newly realized feelings has made an appearance in front of him. This may be completely new to him. He doesn't know how to contain them & unfortunately for the guy, he really doesn't have anyone to share this with or talk about it. To what extent can he talk about this to his mom ?
Being a sasur of the house, he is expected to behave in a controlled manner. His feelings are being confined. But it is this forceful confinement of his feeling & unablity to talk about it openly with anyone, that is making it come out in this form.
His feelings are making an appearance in front of him. He is seeing his love everywhere & imagining her everywhere. His feelings are explaining themselves to him in the form of song he is hearing.
But that doesn't mean his whole personality is changing or the Great Akshat Jindal is losing his "dignity". One doesn't lose "dignity" by letting his/her confined feelings speak to oneself. Akshat Jindal's "dignity" isn't that cheap to be tainted just by imagining his love everywhere.
If he can imagine her in grief, he can imagine her in happiness too cause she is a part of him, his journey mate in both happiness & sadness.
Being Akshat Jindal, the very matured man & as sorted as he is, is not going to lose his maturity. Its not possible. Cause maturity just doesn't happen, one grows to be mature. For now his newly realized feelings are talking to him. They have just come, adjustment mein time toh lagega boss & not to forget feeling for Guddu are completely different i.e. alag as compared to anything he has felt till date. Once the hello-hey meet & greet session is over, they will be well settled. I guess this meet & greet time is already over today.
And once he comes to know of Guddu's feelings for him, weather positive or negative, his nervousness will fade too. Then he can take the required action in his own way. 😳
Waise, coming back to the scene, I loved how Jindal saab gave a hug dadi & pinched her cheeks 😳

Guddiya would be so happy had she knew the way Jindal saab threw away his kaam, i.e. one of her sautan just to niharofy her 😳

Love his attempt to poke his Guddiya's nose to see if she is real 😳❤️
& then who said Jindal saab did jhooti tarif of Guddiya's cooking ?
He simply said what he felt in his mouth & he was savoring the taste of his Guddiya's beautiful smile along with the food, so how can it taste, any less tasty to him than he expressed ? 😳
& Kya dayan ? you are just removing the biggest obstacle in Jindal saab's path of confession by makins sure Guddu expresses & gives more clear hint of what is her dil ki baat to Jindal saab. So laage raho !
Cause Guddu geting so much touchy about her Jindal saab's words is a clear proof of how much she loves him. It is not just "dosti" from her side. Cause, dosti mein dost ke baaton ka bura nahi maante.... 🤓

& Loved how even if Guddiya was eating them, her Jindal saab was feeling the heat of spice,
Those expressions associated with the two, "paani toh pee lo..." says it all 😳
