I think some Pakistani serials had the best love confessions like Zindagi Gulzar Hai, definitely Aap Kay Liye the last scene, I am not sure if anyone watched that serial

Amongst Indian Serials, some of the best confessions were in Kahin Toh Hoga(Childhood Favourite), Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hai (When Kripa breaks her engagement with prithvi)

Ekta's old shows were way better than her current ones

I think in the current times, I really adored the confession of Kartik and Naira from YRKKH

Ohh yes Prem and Mukti from Kasauti Season 1, I think that is something I can never forget , I wonder where the actress who played Mukti went, she was a good actress

Also, no matter how evil Maya was, her love confession in Beyhadh was by far the most unique one and she did a creative job in planning the proposal , it was very intense!!
