Yes, Poiu, all of us have been there, done that, when you first set out to shop for a house. What we want always is out of reach for us and then the we start lowering the bar slowly till we get close to realityđ¤ŁI know we have done that too. I am not privy to real estate prices in Mumbai, but I imagine they are damn expensive. I heard horror stories from my friend who lives there that even if you want to shell out a sizeable chunk of change, it is simply hard to find a place. I thought for what they showed that price was quite reasonableđ. They need lessons on Shopping 101, how to shop for a house? Don't we look at the price and then look at what is available in their price range? đIt is OK, life will strike and reality bahut jaldi samajh aa jayegi. It was so funnyđ¤Ł, the expression on both of their faces as the broker spelt out the price.

I thought you were talking about the price the broker quoted đ . 3.75 cr. For that flat it was fine.
