Yasmine turning weird

How can Yasmine think her dad will want her to marry an oldie? Couldn't he tell her mom to marry him instead seeing their same age group? If not Zafar then she should understand that someone else may have changed the will because her dad may have several enemies in the palace itself. She hates 'love' word. Fine. But how can she agree to marry an oldie even of het dad wanted? Would she even jumped in the well if her dad wanted? It's not necessary she has to listen to him on everything. She don't like spending time with people in tears telling Zafar to cry outside. Okay Zafar is villain but she don't know. And does she really think other kings have easily given their kingdoms to her because of her goodness? Can't she herself think and investigate how come Zafar won so many other countries? Earlier her abbu acted dumb letting Zafar play games under his nose and bow Yasmine is doing the same.
