My god, she has been on roll with making controversial blunt statements. In any case, I would take that as a compliment. I don't see how in any backhanded way that can be taken in an insulting way. It must mean you are smart and competent. Unless she was making fun of DP for being a political junkie (I sometimes get that) which I am sure DP is not.
