As far as I know most actors are paid for days/episodes. That is why some actors don’t like doing daily soaps as it ties them up for 20-25 days per month but they only get paid for the days they shoot. And their renumeration increases if the show is a success. Shows have been shut down in the past because of actors demanding too much. Tanya and Gaurav are not established enough to demand huge sums and Toral probably in the same category (established but not very bankable). So it was easy for the channel and PH to do the leap with all of them. But it is totally unfair not to pay them

ya, may be, if colors is sensible enough to keep it in same slot, then may be fate of colors too would had been different bcoz they made a serious of mistakes on their decision making with respect to their shows
