raman realized he is in love with ishita he can't stay without her loved how he was admiring her when she was sleeping and kissed her ishita was confused she was sleepy next morning raman decided to confess his love to ishita till than he heard her scream he was shocked seeing her fallen down from stairs he took her to hospital he was asked to chose between his baby and ishita he got angry on word boy and said he want both of them safe doctor came out of OT and said they were not able to save baby raman was shattered he asked if it was boy doctor said yes she felt bad for him raman was totally broken he went out of hospital lost in his thoughts he was feeling emptiness seeing other kids with their parents he remembered about ishita when romi called him raman went to hospital and informed romi about baby raman went towards ishitas room but she was not there nurse said she is shifted in normal word but she was not there raman got angry on word boy romi and raman went to search ishita poor ishita raman found her finally he was scolding her she said she don't have anything to give him loved ramans confession and his talk epilogue was lovely beeji passed away ishra became proud parents of twins a boy and a girl raman love his bay girl alot loved twins scene with ishra
