For Arnav, the first time he felt his heart racing (in purple Tshirt), or when he got up calling Khushi for the first time ( after engagement I think)

Dont know what N has in store but from what she said, it defo isnt an Angry ' I luv u dammit' from Arnav or Khushi

The first time Arnav felt the first stirring of love was when he felt he lost Khushi in the accident after Payash Haldi.

While Arnav has already told Khushi the three magical words, Khushi hasnt yet worded the same, for the simple reason that she hasnt felt the same for Arnav. Her confession and realisation is what will set the ball rolling for WITHERED 2.0 😃
