I am very disappointed and 😡😡😡😡. So stop reading if you enjoyed today’s episode.
That’s BTS we got if the dance was so hot, what the hell did they show us? The angle of filming was wrong, you kept cutting at almost the best bits they wild cut to someone else’s face.....and if you want to show passion it’s very difficult to do so when the leads are wearing masks!!! They could have taken off a mask for that. Parth and Erica are both excellent dancers in really life. A problem Parth has is that unlike Erica he cannot switch off his ballroom dancing classes and get into the scene during dances. His hand placements and body are always firm and as per dance rules rather than portraying a man who is lost in the moment. It’s his face that always saves the day because he is able to show through his face that he is lost in Prerna. If you cover that face with a mask and only show the body, it’s a disaster!
What the hell are they doing what the anupre romance. Again a dream? In this moment? I actually felt sorry for prerna. Almost as sorry as I felt after the hospital scene after anurag’s marriage when he tells he that yes he did marry Komolika. Prerna dialogues today i thought were spot on. Yes SHE loves him, SHE is willing to do anything for him, but does she trust him not to hurt her or sacrifice her love again? No. They could so easily have given Nivedita some good dialogues that helped her be a real emotional support for prerna. They could have delved more into what prerna said and her feeling of hurt. That would have been a real strong naanand- babhi scene as advertised by muzzu. Instead Nivedita make it silly and all about the proposal - not realising that prerna needs more.
And the biggest mess of the day. Anurag’s dialogues! What utter crap! I totally agree with the sentiment behind it. It’s good that anurag realises that there is no trust between him and prerna any more and this needs to be built about again. Rather than writing minutes and minutes of dithering and stammering, they could have given him some meaningful lines. Ok you are not ready for a good anurag prerna scene then at least show us a scene of anurag explaining to Nivi or Anupam his regret at hurting prerna and how she was scared that their love will fail in the temple and his actions proved her right and how he wants to win her trust again. He was so articulate and peaceful with Mohini - we got close to 10 minutes of them. And nothing for prerna! I feel like we so quickly slipped backed into the days after Naveen Babu when he was a dithering idiot who couldn’t articulate himself. Why is it that be writers always portray anurag to be unable to express himself to prerna?
Hina looked terrible. In the recent jail scene she really looked so much older than anurag and prerna but today she looked like an aunty! I know the hair style needed to not stand out but what were they thinking making her look the same age as Mohini! Even the choice of lip colour!
We are clearly headed for (1) Mohini forcing prerna to marry bajaj (2) prerna saying she doesn’t trust anurag any more and that’s why she is going to married bajaj.
And I am sick and tired of cut and paste scenes. We have just had to put up with rushed filming and scene writing and rewriting and delivery thank to Hina leaving. I presume they are giving Parth and Erica holidays on different days because they don’t have to film together- but enough! We need some meaningful anupre scenes please!
P.S. yes the glass scene was lovely but I need some time to get over the above before I can truly enjoy it.
