No I have seen such houses here at my place, some people does have such weird fascinations but not a river, it's lake here.

In one of the scene, wherein anu calls Pre late night about the marriage With Navu he was in the terrace i guess and in the same place bts pic with pooja, parth posted as Chai with crazy bong, and you can clearly see there is water beside the place

So yes, BB is beside some water body🤪😆
