According to sources, Karan Singh Grover is in two minds about playing Mr Bajaj in Kasautii Zindagii Kay.

After Komolika's ouster, Mr Bajaj is all set to enter Kasautii Zindagii Kay to disrupt Anurag and Prerna's bliss. While several names were doing the rounds to play the iconic character, reportedly it was Karan Singh Grover who was finalised for the role.
However, it looks like Ekta Kapoor might have to restart the hunt for a new face, as the actor is not sure about playing the role. Apparently, the former Kasautii star wants to select a project where he plays the lead role. It is to be recalled that KSG played Sneha's (Jennifer Winget) first husband Sharad in the original version of Kasautii.
"Karan is still in two minds and is contemplating whether to come back home to the tube or wait for his ALTBalaji web series, Boss, where he is the main lead. His other ALTBalaji web series, Judaai, is also stuck," a source told the website.
Karan will be seen romancing Sagarika Ghatge in Alt Balaji's upcoming series Boss and the first teaser of the show has left everyone impressed. The actor has been offered a whopping amount to star in the reboot version of Kasautii, reportedly.
"Karan is not against doing TV per se, but would prefer a new show, centering around him," added the source.
Currently, in Kasautii, Komolika's (Hina Khan) truth has come out in open and she has been ousted from Basu house. However, promos of her returning back and wreaking havoc in Prerna and Anurag's life indicate that there are more twists in store.
