I agree with you. Payal is younger than Arnav, and she bonded with Arnav because they both didnt get love. So yeah, Payal was born when Arnav was around.

If not for a womaniser, he definitely harbours a secret and we dont know what it is.

Arnav thinks Manohar is responsible for his Mom's death. That is the main reason for his hatred, I think. It's just my speculation than Arnav thought Manohar was cheating on his Mom. Or maybe it's something related to his birth-Dad. I probably need to wait to read Manohar's POV before judging him

Arnav doesnt have any affair after marriage. That would be termed as cheating.

Arnav is an honest man and told Khushi about his past and now he is loyal to Khushi.

I dont think the birth-dad is involved here. Manohar may have married a widow and took in Arnav as his own son.

But I have a hunch that Arnav may have misread a situation about Manohar and concluded that he was cheating on Aarti.
