She has not yet been acquitted and absolved of all the charges. She still faces charges under UAPA and IPC sections for her involvement in Malegaon blast case. She is only out on bail.

More than people accepting Pragya it is mandate clearly rejecting congress candidate Digvijaya. People were ready to give an accused a chance over an old hyena who leeched on their blood for decades. I in no way endorse Pragya's win but congress had this coming the moment they fielded digvijaya against her.

That's what I said in my previous post. They don't care whether they are voting for a terror accused but they just don't want to vote for congress. That's how bad their situation is.
