I think that's Kolkakata too..Parth's leg is over her dress not her leg.. she is seating cross legged..Regarding his hand behind her we have seen their intial interviews where he sat in similar way..

Parth and Erica have been always comfprtable around each other...Since their first interview in Kolkata.. The photo in my DP and it's Bts says so..😆

Maybe you are right about seating position but that video is from intial shoot in Kolkata😆
