Shamshera hasn’t announced a postponement due to technical issues, or at all. That’s Brahmstra when Ayan said they’ll postpone it due to its VFX work.

@anjs, Brahmstra is definitely a mega movie. It has a massive budget and Dharma did a major logo launch for it. As for RK having the decision making authority? I don’t know. I suspect he has a lot of influence over Ayan. I’m also sure KJo and other Dharma people all reached a joint decision here and it wasn’t just RK. This isn’t the first time there’s talk of it not being up to par. A few months ago there was a tweet that said they saw rushes of it and it was garbage. That tweet got deleted within hours.

@Malpua, it gives a movie a lot of negative buzz that the makers didn’t know what they were doing. Reshooting and postponements are bad for PR. It kind of gives the audiences this subliminal message that it’s not perfect and riddled with flaws. Specially with a movie like this where KJo was calling it his Bahubali and Ayan his Avatar. This is a mess.

Looks like another disaster in the making.

It could be Tanaji with Ajay, Kajol and Saif. It was suppose to come out on Diwali and got moved back to January due to VFX. It's also a period movie with heavy VFX.

Tanaji and foreign schedules? The blind talks about a movie that is shot abroad as well as in India.

The hints are pointing at Brahmastra... Maybe Kjo and RK are a little worried when TOH (a mega budget, big banner movie heavy on vfx with AK and AB. Sr flopped). Then kjo's own big budget movie heavy on vfx with Aloo flopped which doubled their worries.

Shamshera is yet to announce any news of postponement so eventhough both TOH and Kalank are of similar genre the movie does not fit the blind. Also Adi will never let a young actor dictate the outcome of his movie. A khan can only have such power over him. Kjo and Ayan are close to RK so they are more likely to listen to his opinion than Adi C.

I think they were going with somewhat toocha vfx before. Because they thought audience itna toh dekh hi legi. But they saw what happened to TOH and Kalank. Audience have their own demands now. That bull scene in Kalank is still giving vfx nightmares.😆
