CHAPTER 2 ||A Shock ||

Wolf!!!

A weak smile curved on Rakshit lips as he saw shikhar walking towards him with a warm smile. He was wondering why the his younger brother, was still outside the palace at that hour.

Is he... waiting for me?

"What happened to you?" the smile of his younger brother had faded and was replaced with concern.

Wolf did not answer. He just leaned on shikhar for support.

"What happened?" he asked again, looking at his wet clothes.

"I'm fine," wolf answered with a bitter smile.

"Fine? You don't look fine at all."

"I'm alive, right?" Wolf said, wanting to close his eyes and sleep. "I'm so tired, shikhar. I want to rest."

"I'll bring you to sunny house," he said but wolf shook his head.

"I want to sleep in mahima place. It's more comfortable there."

Shikhar only sighed and supported his older brother to Mahima's place without uttering another word which Wolf was grateful for. It seemed that his younger brother still knew him very well.

Drishti woke up and saw that she was not in the middle of the forest anymore but still it was a place that looked strangely familiar.

"Is this the palace?"

She looked around the room and held her painful head. Anxiety and confusion were intensifying her headache.

Even her chest was throbbing because of the harsh pounding of her heart that intensified when the door opened and that woman who called her Lady came in. She was still anxiously looking at her.

"Who are you?" Drishti asked trying to control her heartbeat.

"Lady , why are you like that? I am Divya. Can't you remember me?"

But I'm not Lady I have a name I'm Drishti .......

She wanted to say out loud but could not. A part of her was considering being this Lady . Why not? She was a lady. She had this big room though there was no internet, aircon, and shower but still, she seemed to be living a comfortable life while Drishti was living a jhalli life

From carefree to responsible n serious one

"Lady , what happened to you?"

But the woman in front of her looked very serious. As if she landed from heaven to hell

If this was hell then why was she being called a lady instead of drishti .....

And what wrong had she done to deserve hell? She only saved and treated a man life

"Yes, Lady ?" Divya asked, looking hopeful.

"What is this place?"

Drishti saw wolf and remembers flashback

Drishti was treating a stranger

Stranger jerked awake. He was confused for a few seconds before he remembered everything...

"Good. You are already awake," Drishti said, surprising him. He turned to her with wide eyes.

"You are still here?"

"How are you feeling? Can you walk?" Drishti asked

The man only stared at her with confusion.

"Hey! I just asked you a question."

"Why are you not scared of me?"

Drishti was just as confused as he was.

"Why will I fear a person who just saved my life? This strange place is much more frightening." Stranger said

He only stared at her while answering then he looked around. It was almost dawn.

"Let's go," he said standing up. He seemed fine now. He stopped trembling and his breathing seemed normal.

Drishti quickly got to her feet and that was when they heard a woman's voice shouting.

"Lady !!!"

"Is that your name?" the man asked and she was about to shake her head when a woman came running towards them, followed by a man about the same age as the masked man (stranger) she was present and had emblem

Stranger vanished

"Lady !!!" the woman yelled again, smiling with relief as she put her arms around drishti who was paralyzed with confusion.

" what are you doing here?"

"Lady , why are you wandering in this dangerous place?" the woman who was clinging on Drishti arms asked and the worry on her face made Drishti more confused.

"Why are you calling me Lady?" she asked wondering if it was the darkness in the forest that made the woman mistake her for someone else but the bright moon made her see their face clearly so how could they confuse her with someone else?

Did the wolf dog scare you? Why are you acting like that, Lady ?" the woman asked suddenly alarmed.

Wolf dog ? That masked man is a wolf dog ?

Ah... this was giving me a headache.

"Lady"

"I am not a lady," Drishti said, taking a few steps backwards. She wanted to follow the masked man and asked him what the crazy woman in front of her was saying she ran and fell on the ground

Her head began to throb more painfully...

"Where is my medicine of anxiety?"

"Lady " the woman said and the concern in her eyes only added to Drishti headache.

"I am not Lady !" she screamed and tried to run away but her knees trembled with panic that she nearly fell on the ground had not the the woman caught her.

"Lady , what did wolf dog did to you?" The man asked also looking at her with deep concern.

"I am not Lady " she weakly uttered before losing consciousness.

She remembered a stranger passing and calling stranger wolf dog while she was treating him

Drishti whispered "wolf dog"

She fainted .

Precap- Drishti kissed wolf dog something rushed her veins
