It could clearly be seen that the driver was male. And sanya probably went to look for his dad after rocky beat him up. RV might just be faking it you know. he is good at it

and to keep himself clean out of all doubts, he went straight to rocky's house, because on reaching hospital directly will raise suspicion that how does he come to know about happy's accident!!!
