I really like the details you get into when explaining the emotions especially Naina's words when she recounts how she confident she was that it would never happen with her when she witnessed other women in her family being asked to leave their home but unfortunately she had to go through the same phase. That was beautifully written.

I am glad though she wants to help Sameer resolve the work problems but still not giving up on the 'slap' incident and more importantly where Sameer asked her to leave the house.

Next Morning,

As the sunlight peeped in through the windows.. Sameer woke up and smiled looking at Naina who was sleeping on his shoulder with her arms around.

Sameer (in his mind)- Naina, mujhe pata hai meri galtiyon ne tumhe bohut dukh pohunchaya hai. Pad Naina, Maine bhi ek waada kiya tha aaj se 4 saal pehle jab saari raat tumhare ghar ke bahar rehne ke baad hospital aa pohuncha tha..

Ki main tab tak haar nahi manoonga jabtak main tumhari zindagi ki sabse badi khushi ki wajah na ban jaoon. I promise main sab kuch theek kar doonga.

Naina slowly gets up and finds Sameer staring at her dreamily. She shakes him and says,' Sameer utho abhi humein bohut saara planning karni hai. Thank God aaj Sunday hai office nahi hai mera. '

Sameer-Planning? Naina mamaji ko harana koi asaan kaam nahi hai.

Naina- Sameer jis business ko nanu ne apne khoon paseene se seencha hai usko aise hi jaane de? i Nanaji ne khud yeh business tumhare naam pad choda hai. Bas humein yeh court mein prove karna hoga ki tumhare paas jo will ke papers hai woh hi sach hai and mamaji ke paas jo hai woh farzi hai.

Sameer-Iske liye lawyer chahiye. Aur mamaji ke paas obviously Ahmedabad ka best lawyer hoga. Hum agar us level ka lawyer hire karne jaayenge to bohut paise lagenge jo is wakt humare liye kharch karna possible nahi hai Naina.

Naina- Main apne office mein logo se poochoongi Aur chachaji se bhi. Aur tum bhi na ho sake to Munna Pandit see baat karna Kya pata unhe koi maloom ho jo acche bhi hai aur humare liye case bhi lad sakte hai..

Sameer and Naina spend the whole day talking to people about a proper lawyer. But aren't able to get info about any proper person.

At evening 6:00 pm

Sameer-Kaha tha na tumse ki nahi milega koi dhang ka lawyer. Pad nahi tumhe meri sunni hi kaha hai?

Naina- Koshish kiye bina haar manna bhi to saying nahi hai. Aur kal main office mein bhi baat karoongi.

Sameer- Theek hai. Naina ghar chale.

Naina (thinks for sometime and sighs deeply)-Haan chalo.

Sameer-Matlab tum abse.

Naina cuts in and says, 'Jab tak yeh problem solve nahi ho jaati main krishna Koustabhi mein hi rahoongi. '

Sameer (smiles and holds Naina's hands tightly)

And in his mind(problem solve ho ya na ho ab main tumhe jaane hi nahi doonga Naina. Apne se door, dobara, kabhi nahi. I promise)

Next Morning,

At Sharma Enterprises,

Naina enters the office premises and dashes past someone as she was running late. The man calls out to her, 'Naina !!'

Naina turns back and sees a man dressed in black suit. She instantly recognizes him as Sanjay Tebriwal, that guy from School who dared to write a love letter to her.

She feels a bit awkward as she recalls that incident.

Sanjay-Kaisi ho Naina. Kitne saal baad mil rahe hai hum. Suna hai tumhari the Sameer Maheshwari see shaadi ho gayi hai? Congratulations!

Naina (relieved that he knows she is married)-Thanks. Mera bas chal raha hai. Tum kaise ho?

Sanjay- main to ekdam mast. Meri sagai ho chuki hai. 2 mahine mein shaadi hai meei. Pad yeh batao. Tum yahaan kya kar rahi ho?

Naina-Main yahaan accountant hoon.

Sanjay-What?? Maheshwari Empire ki malkin yahaan accountant ka kaam pad kyu?

Naina- Mujhe kaam karna pasand hai bas isliye. Waise tum yahaan?

Sanjay- Haan actually Sharma Enterprises ke Jo lawyer hai unke under main trainee hoo. Would jabtak chutti pad hai unka yahaan ka kamkaaj main hi sambhal raha hoon.

Naina thinks for a while and asks-Kya tumne kabhi court mein case lada hai?

Sanjay-Ofcourse yes. Well Shayad tumhara Sameer is baat ke liye mujhe peet bhi sakta hai. Pad Maheshwari Industries aur Saxena Mills ke beech ek court case mein maine Maheshwari Industries ko haraya bhi tha pichle saal hi.

Naina- Oh great. (And feels happy that there is someone who can fight mamaji's lawyer) . Accha chalo main chalti hoon warna zyada late ho jaoongi.

Lunch Time

Naina calls up Sameer and tells him about Sanjay Tebriwal .

Naina- Hum usse help le sakte hai. Zaroor karega.

Sameer-Koi zaroorat nahi. Tumhara ex-onesided aashiq tha na. Phir aashiqui chadh gayi to?

Naina-Sagai ho chuki hai uski. Shaadi hone wali hai. Sameer, agar koi hai jo humari help kar sakta hai is wakt to woh sirf Sanjay hai. Aur waise bhi rakhi baandh diya tha Maine use. Bhai hi hai mera. Tum ek kAm karo tum abhi aao aur usse mil lo ek baar.

Sameer (though still not convinced)-Theek hai aata hoon.

Sameer arrives at the Naina's workplace and goes to Vinay Sharma's cabin.

Vinay-Sameer beta tum yahaan? Aur is wakt?

Sameer-Ji. Actually thodi urgent baat thi.

He narrates how mamaji betrayed him and produced false documents.

Sanjay, who was sitting in the cabin quietly listens to the conversation.

Vinay-My Goodness ab to court mein hi jaana padega.

Sanjay mutters to himself-Isliye Naina itni khush thi woh haraane wali baat jaankar.

Sameer- Agar aapko problem nahi ho to Kya main Mr.Sanjay Tebriwal se is baare mein baat kar sakta hoon?

Vinay-Sure.

Sanjay and Sameer walk to the office canteen .

Sanjay- What's up man?

Sameer (trying hard to forget about Sanjay Love letter scandal to Naina)- Suna hi to tumne kya haal pada hai. Agar tum kuch help kar sako.

Sanjay- Well main try zaroor kar sakta hoon.

Sameer-Thank You so much . Waise fees kaisi loge?

Sanjay-Fees? Come on yaar. Hum dost na sahi, classmates to the. And mushkil se hi sahi,but Naina ko behen maana hai. So why not. Tum ek kaam karo. Kal shaam 5 baje mere ghar pe saare documents lekar aana. Tab tak I'll think of ways to tackle this issue.

Sameer shakes his hand with him- Mujhe nahi pata main kaise thanks kahu tumhe. I am sorry school mein Maine Munna pandit ne jitna bhi mazaak udaya tha. I am really sorry.

Sanjay-Let it be. Woh din beet chuke hai. And I don't believe in dwelling in the past.

Naina manages to sneak out into the canteen and sees Sanjay and Sameer- Baat hui?

Sameer-Haan. Sanjay humara help karega.

Naina turns to Sanjay-Thank You So Much. Mere gharwalon me tumhe jitna sunaya tha na us fiasco ke din I am really sorry.

Sanjay-Ise kehte hai rab ne banayi jodi. Tum dono husband wife itna zyada sorry kyu bolte ho yaar?

The trio share a short laugh.

This was too short an update, more of a background laying one. I have several entrances lined up , so perhaps the next update will take a long time . Moreover it may involve legal hassles as well and I have very little idea about such things. So I'll take time to plan out things.😊.

Samaina have gone so far ahead in the show and am still stuck up here😆

Thanks a lot! I was a bit apprehensive abt Sanjay's entry but glad you liked it.😊 Yes, I don't want a repetition of Sameer during Kartik Kaand, I hated that part isliye no serious jealousy track here😃.

Thanks dear😊 Yeah, this was too short as the next part would involve rounds to court. And I have negligible idea about such stuffs. So I'd have to think it out, whether to cover it in short or what.. so whatever I had written i updated😊.

The next update wil be up hopefully by end of may . As I have exams lined up in between😊
