These incidents happened in first few epis.

I watched it to see what happened to mauli and ishaan and after watching the antics of pari ,ruhaan,mishti i never felt like watching it.

I'm sorry deAR .I did not notice that you said you watched earlier episodes. But if you watch the latest episodes, there were scenes where Misha an had emotional understanding too. The initial episodes were more of attraction, gradually it was shown as an emotional understanding too. I think you should watch it before bashing Misha an. May be you might understand them too. On the other side, Pari and Ruhaabs side was shown more as a friendship .Initially, pari was also shown attracted to Ruhaan, but gradually they developed a good friendship. So watch those episodes too. Because pari and Ruhaan were really adorable friends.
