The trio is the charm of the show. One can't help but be fascinated by them:
Rocky: the spoilt brat that was forced out of his egoistic shell and thrust into a world. he had only just started to figure out his place in this new sphere when he was made to give it all. He emerged broken but stronger, yet starved for gentle touch. He had only just begun to love for the first time and now he starves for her affections, the one in who's eyes he's a condemned man. He will avenge himself, he says. He lies to himself that he stays close to that woman only to undo her, but it is he who is unravelled the closer he gets to her. He loves her purely, as he's never loved before, as only he can love for in her eyes he sees a shadow of a better man. His only salvation when all seems to go to hell, are the day dreams where all is well and it is just the two of them with all the time in the world. His love for her consumes him completely. And he lets it because he craves that heat even if it burns him. He holds out his heart to her, even if she tramples on it because he is helplessly, hopelessly in love with her. And he'll take all the pain she inflicts on him with a smile on his face because it's her.
Happy: A woman who fully embraced her name, vivacious, spontaneous, smart, independent, childish yet not immature when the time called for her. Now? A woman who depends on another. A woman who has been wounded, and the wound has not yet healed. A woman forced to reign in her emotions tightly because she fears what they might lead her to think of. Who she might think of. A once self assured woman who now second guesses her every move. A woman who is frightened because she cannot bring herself to truly hate the man who slowly took over her heart until she began to hesitantly open it to him. A woman terrified of the magnitude of what she feels for him because she sees the flame as something that would destroy her. Not as something that would light her till she shone brilliantly. So she pulls away. But she's a moth to a flame. Every now and then she flies too close and up go the walls. But what if he has been innocent all along? She'll be the avenger and bring swift retribution to the one who hurt the man she loves.
RV: the knight in shining armour who fell off his steed and in the dark of the night, mounted another. One that led him directly into the path of self destruction. He stood on a high moral ground once and now his morals whimper from the corner they've been uncermoniously dumped in; for he fell in the instance he looked into the eyes of a criminal and saw not his crime, but his brother and only his brother. He fell when he looked into the eyes of a woman who was not his fiance and said yes I dare to love her, damn the consequences. He let himself be dragged into an abyss. Now whether he can drag himself out, remains to be seen
