Yeh moment toh banta hai!

In Dreams and Love .. There are no impossibilities.
___ Janos Arnay.
So when you are in love and with your love.. and all you want to do is make that love of yours.. Yours forever.. what will you do?
Ask Suraj Rajvanshi and he will say... I'll make magic happen.
So what is Magic?
When we speak of magical moments we should speak of those moments that were the purest.
When the stars were brightest.. when the laughter was loud.
When you smile through your tears for your heart is so touched.
When you feel your heart thumping so loud and soul soaring so high.
When you see your soulmate looking into yours eyes with her/his heart in her/his eyes; with all the love of the world in those eyes just for you.
When that soulmate holds your hands.. and says.. Yes! and take that glorious leap of faith for you.. that of being yours for this lifetime and next and all those lifetimes in this mortal world and celestial... as half of your life; a half of your heart; a half of your soul... and completely yours.
That is Magic.
and more often that not.. Magic lies in simplicity.
There is just so much of beauty in that simplicity.
and Suraj Rajvanshi... did made that magic happen.
who needs baarati when you have stars sparking in their full glory.. looking at you, smiling and shining all the more.
The moon blessing you with his purest of tender light.
The nature singing the musical wedding chimes.
who needs the world and all the other paraphernalia to make you mine; to marry you and hold your hand forever.. when all that i need is right here.
You and I.
The way he applies mehendi to her palms. The gentle tears in her eyes and his gesture that she will not let those precious tears even if they are of happiness ever roll down her beautiful eyes. not now. never ever.
His adorable gesture asking for her duppatta.
Then they gaze at the sky and the guest of honour of their wedding.. their chanduji through that duppatta. Symbolically red with gold sparkles.
His poignant gesture of tying her duppatta round his wrist.
and then the pheras. looking into each other's eyes, smiling, loving, feeling overwhelmed, being just so ... Happy.
The way he looks at her... the way she looks at him.
and then that sweetest gesture of sindhoor. .. a tender rose petal. how absolutely precious is that!
and then comes the part when they exchange varamala. of ribbons. and this is where i had this huge smile upon my face.
for they reminded me of those little innocent kids who does their gudda-guddi marriage with so much of innocent faith and purity.
Our own Gudda-Guddi.
Suraj and Chakor.
and their own magic.
A marriage made in heaven.
and they hug and promise each other eternity without words.. well who needs fancy words when a simple 'Shaadi mubarak ho' said with so much of love, gratitude and happiness says it all.
Congratulations Suraj and Chakor.
That was one of the most beautiful marriage ceremony i was a baraati of.
Wishing you your own brand of magic.. for this day and ever.
