I know a lot of people have issues with a young girl having plastic surgery but my god, have you seen her before pics, child NEEDED that surgery with those overbearing features. There is nothing wrong with getting things fixed if they need fixing

why do we judge people who make physical changes?

Why is no one pointing out Alia's new jawline and Giraffe neck? at the rate she is going her neck is going to be as long as her entire body. Then if she ever says "mujhe ghar jana hai" again, bhai tu kaise jayegi ek ghar ke andar..... teri gardan roof ke level par hai ..maybe her superpower in brahmastra is her long neck she can stretch it i guess......wow...that with Ranbir's badam pichkari must be a field day for both of them. Makes sense now.

Tiger did facial hair implantation but no one says anything. Varun paints his abs on with contoured makeup but thats ok? its ok to have fake abs and deceived audience, the truth is varun has a paunch and he uses makeup to hide it , look at his photos carefully.
