They can barely get a movie without a good script to get 100cr. Fake stars. Just like Sara Ali Khan.

Yeah Varun's Judwaa2, Badri & ABCD2 were national award worthy scripts👍🏼 😆

Such a shame could only get like 22Cr opening for Kalank despite plethora of rave reviews in an uber postive atmosphere especially when from teaser to songs to trailer everything garnered such extremely positive response😳😆

Opening is considered box office pull , whatever happens later has to do more with the content . Kalank opened pretty well i guess

They have box office pull to be fair. But I don't believe all the credit for the 21cr opening goes to them alone. Some of that is just the expectations of a big production, a big film with massive sets and big star cast. Expectations can drive you to the theater too and whether they are met or not can make or break the film sometimes. Same reason why the dulhania movies did well. People went in expecting massy entertainment and got exactly what they wanted.

Most sequels always have an edge. If Judwaa too was called something else it would've flopped.

So the credit for 21 crore opening for a multistar movie goes to Alia and Varun but when it flopped that was miraculously changed as a movie of Madhuri .😆
