Okay this is a bit emotional, kyun ki finally this journey came to its destination. Agar kuch...is my first ever story and is the most special to me. I don't think I can call myself a writer but I would say this story help me to love writing...especially for Mehrya.
For the final time, I want to say thank you for all the likes and comments, for all those appreciations that make me feel overwhelmed. So, this last update is dedicated to my sweetest readers :)
Epilogue
*6 years later*
People say a Man can't be completed until he held the child he make. Aadhya is what completed his life. Aadhya was the bestest thing happened according to Shaurya in past 6 years.
It was still like a dream, it seems like yesterday that she gave him the 'big news''...
' Shaurya...''after figitating for 10 minutes, Mehak finally voice her big news to him...''we are pregnant''. Shaurya face was blank as if he didn't understand what that even mean. He just keep staring her with widen eyes.
This news came out as miracle ,they both never planned about this but it must be the most special news to them but his silence made her think otherwise, courtesy to her hyperactive state or pregnancy hormones, Mehak take his silence in a completely wrong way and unknown to her...her eyes filled with unshed tears. Only then Shaurya's trance broke.
'i...I m sorry jaan, why are you crying. please don't cry. And..and...what did you say ...you ,me, pregnant?''
Mehak just nodded in her answer. Shaurya keep looking in her eyes and her flat tummy, 'you mean baby inside you...our baby?''. She nodded again this time with a bright smile. He immediately bend down and kissed her tummy. After that her hugged her gently not to harm her or their little bundle of joy growing inside her saying numerous words of gratitude to the woman who gives him world's best gift.
Shaurya was extremely protective and caring throughout her pregnancy, be it her first sonograpy or her late night cravings, her soury moods or her tantrums...he has it all with a smiling face. It is as if she is discovering a new Shaurya every day.
He may think she didn't know that unknown to her every night after she go back to sleep he wakes up in the middle of night just to talk sweet nothings to his, correction their unborn baby.
Holding their little bundle of joy after waiting for 9 months and 20 days to be precise ,the feeling was unexplainable and incredible.

It seems just like yesterday but 4 years have already passed in a whip. And Aadhya shows no sign of sleeping up till now. For a four year toddler, she need to take good sleep, as she has to go for her play school tomorrow.
Mehak still remember the first day of Aadhya's school. Aadhya's dad was more excited then her. After Aadhya happened, their life changed completely.
Sometimes, Mehak wondered how much unconditional love his man can possessed, she can never know until Aadhya came into their life. Shaurya's love for his wife is not even half of what he has for their daughter. He never left Aadhya alone, it was rare to saw them unaccompanied when he was home. He is extremely protective for their daughter. He didn't allow anyone to hold her when he is around.
Aadhya too has very special fondness for her father. She never failed to feel him special in her own way. She never gave her special kissy to anyone but her loving father. No matter how sweetly her Vicky chachu and Mohit mamu entice her with teddies, or chocolates.
Every night Shaurya told a bedtime story to his daughter who strongly believe in fairy tales and happy ending but he saved the most special story for her for some special occasions.
The most special fairy tale, that is her mamma- papa's fairy tale. Where princess Mehak finally got his prince Shaurya and they life happily ever after with their daughter.
' I married the woman I loved, now I love the woman I married ' Shaurya beamed with joy when he was telling his love story to her princess after some nth number of times.
After completing the story when he move his head, he saw the most cherished view, he saw the two most important ones are sleeping soundly holding onto him, the peace and satisfaction on their faces say it all. They seemed happy and content, they feel protected ...that makes him feel the most important to them. Gently kissing their foreheads and after admiring his loving family for few minutes Shaurya hold his special ones in a tight embrace and drifted off to a peaceful slumber.
