Varun during SOTY was doign the whole chup chap seedha saadha thing, I am such a goody boy who eats lettuce for breakfast...then he saw that kuch ho nahi raha, suddenly his personality changed and he was loud type - then he did film Main Tera Hero in which he adopted the character in real life...you can tell with Ranveer that its real, even if its overboard thats how he is.

Varun being real is as true as Soni Razdan having Indian Passport.

He brings up others and compliments others to overcompensate for what he lacks. He keeps praising Aditya - oh girls love him and fall on his feet...he said Adi is tall too - he wants people to notice that he compliments things so that he can be a "nice guy" and everyone can fall in love with his pseudo personality.

Well guess what? Tomorrow i will contour and paint my abs too/ I will become a Instagram sensation. My torso is longer than Varun too so you can only imagine how much impact I can make? But still i will fail because Ranveer is harder. Bahaut hard hai bhai.

No I don't agree. Varun is genuine. I like how he's loyal to his girlfriend and actually cares about women. The only times I disliked him was when he gave a very stupid explanation for nepotism, and defended someone over a fan on twitter. RS was genuine, but since then he has become an attention seeker and seems fake after he got involved with DP. He annoys me now. It's a fact you are average of the five people you spend most time with. So no wonder he has become like DP now. In fact, DP is better than him as she was always like that so she being genuine in being real sometimes and fake most of the times makes sense. She is not pretending to be something all of the sudden. But RS is not as that's not he's has been always. So he is changed.
