Part 1
Naina is studying. Sameer comes and snatches the blanket. Naina says i need it as mosquitoes bite me. Sameer says i sleep downstairs, so need it. Naina says go buy another one so your family knows who you are. Sameer says my family knows well how i am. Naina says yeah like the college Principal. Sameer says not like you tailing the Principal. He snatches the blanket and goes downstairs.
Mama is asking for pills for headache. His son asks din you scold Naina too much? Mama says she is lucky it was me and not Prabha. He says always knew this love marriage wont survive, now watch. Sameer cant adjust with this lowly girl. Mamas son asks why call Sameer to the factory? Mama says this is a step to ensure Sameer cant snatch his right from us. Neither Naina knows how to handle the house nor Sameer knows how to handle the business. All this is my plan. Keep faith.
Sameer comes to the kitchen and finds all bottles open. He says wont eat tinde. Naina says din need to make all this. Earlier you fake praised tinde and now changed so much. Sameer says its coz you mess things up. Din see your true form before marriage. Your aunty din teach you anything. Naina is in tears and walks off. Sameer asks why leave now? Cant answer?
Preeti says i and Kamya cleaned the whole house. Bela says i saw the mess you all created. Its my fault that i din teach Naina everything. She tells Preeti that she will get special class for doing household chores. Bela says we are already stressed about Taiji-Tayaji and now all this mess with Naina. Preeti says Sameer is with Naina. He is her friend. Bela says love is on one side, marriage on another side. Every hubby has expectations from his wife
Narrator-- Moms can sense any trouble for their kids. That day Bela saw the mess from far that we couldnt see from near.
Sameer comes to his room and finds Naina pack. She says i am zero right. I dunno anything, then watch. Sameer asks why packing? Naina says dun wanna live with you anymore. Day and night taunts. I cant live with you. Sameer asks where are you going? Naina to my uncles place, he loves me truly. Sameer says, seeking sorry is not a big deal. Naina walks off and Sameer follows.
Preeti is cutting the veggies and Bela scolds for not cutting it properly. Bela asks Preeti to make dough. Preeti cribs that Naina makes mistake and i have to pay. Bela suggests Postman brings a court order for Anand. Bela is shocked.
Sameer tails Naina and asks her to listen to him. Naina walks off. Bela keeps calling out to her. Sameer fakes hurting himself and Naina asks the matter. Sameer begs Naina not to leave him and go. He hugs her. He says grand dad left and mom too but i managed coz u were with me and now how will i manage without u? Naina asks why fight with me then? Sameer promises not to fight with her. He begs her not to leave. Sameer asks Naina to be his sugar bag. Naina asks what is that? He asks her to close her eyes and carries her on his back. BG- Hum bane tum bane ek duje ke liye. Kanji comes and watches them with a smile.
Bela is in shock and Preeti calls out to her. Bela says we have to go to jail. Bela asks for how long? Preeti says its notice from Tayaji to dad. Bela is in panic. Preeti gets water for Bela. She calls dad.
Narrator-- Even today Preeti recollects that moment. On a serious note, this reaction was correct. Earlier people would panic seeing court notices thinking jail was certain.
Part 2
Sameer scolds Kanji for taking unannounced leaves and how Naina had to hear from others. He threatens to fire Kanji if he takes such leaves. Naina smiles happily and pulls Sameers cheeks.
Kanji is cleaning the kitchen. Sameer finds half finished biscuit packets and asks Kanji to throw them away. He also makes Kanji throw unclean ghee bottle but Naina stops him. He makes Kanji open the fridge too.
Part 3
Sameer checks expiry dates of other food stuff and throws them.
Narrator-- That day by ditching expired things, Sameer saved our relationship but had me wondering for how long? Since i and Sameer had totally different ways of living our lives.
Sameer is about to throw things when Naina asks how many more? Sameer gets fed up and walks off.
Narrator-- 1st Jan 1995, what a day. I can never forget that day. I felt like we were grown up coz i was making tiffin for Sameer. Used to dream of this day and finally my dream came true.
Precap -- Sameer says, You have time to talk to everyone except me. He makes her turn to face her. Naina is in tears. Sameer asks the matter. Naina says uncle...!
